1 Who We Are

WEBLUNATIX LLC, doing business as Capptive8 ("Capptive8," "we," "us," or "our"), is a performance marketing agency for e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.capptive8.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to the Site. It does not cover information we handle for our clients under our client agreements, which is governed by those agreements.

2 Information We Collect

We keep data collection on the Site to a minimum.

Information you give us. If you fill out our contact form, we collect the email address you provide so we can respond to your inquiry. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel (described in Section 4) automatically collect certain technical information, such as:

your IP address and approximate location (city or region);
browser type, device type, and operating system;
the website or ad that brought you to the Site; and
cookie identifiers and similar online identifiers.

We do not collect payment information, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account, or government ID information) through the Site. Please do not send it to us through the contact form.

3 How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services;
understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it;
measure the performance of our own advertising;
show ads for our services to people who have visited the Site, and to similar audiences, on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram); and
keep the Site secure and comply with legal obligations.

We will not add your email address to a marketing newsletter unless you ask us to. If we send you a follow-up email about your inquiry, you can ask us to stop at any time.

4 Cookies and Tracking Tools

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies from two providers:

Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.)	Records visits and actions on the Site (such as submitting the contact form) so we can measure our Meta ads, build custom audiences of Site visitors, and show them our ads on Facebook and Instagram.	Adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

Google and Meta receive this information directly and process it under their own privacy policies (policies.google.com/privacy and facebook.com/privacy/policy). Meta may combine it with information it already has about you if you have a Meta account.

Your choices. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, and you can use the opt-out options listed in the table above. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies at optout.aboutads.info. Blocking cookies will not stop the Site from working.

5 How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your email address or contact form details, and we do not rent or trade them.

We share information only:

with Google and Meta, through the analytics and advertising tools described in Section 4;
with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as our website host, Webflow, and our email provider, which may only use it to provide services to us;
if required by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or those of others; and
in a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of our business, in which case this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to your information.

Under some US state privacy laws, allowing the Meta Pixel to collect information for advertising can count as "sharing" personal information for targeted advertising. You can limit this at any time using the options described in Section 4, or by contacting us.

6 How Long We Keep Information

We keep contact form submissions and related emails for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any business relationship that follows, and generally for no more than 3 years after our last contact with you, unless we need to keep them longer for legal reasons. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months under our account settings. Meta keeps pixel data under its own policies.

7 Your Rights

Depending on where you live, including California and other US states with privacy laws, and the European Union and United Kingdom, you may have the right to:

ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
ask us to correct or delete it;
opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information; and
not be treated differently for using these rights.

To make a request, email us at privacy@capptive8.com. We may need to confirm your identity (for example, by replying from the email address you used with us). We will respond within the time required by law, usually 30 to 45 days. If we decline your request, you can reply to appeal our decision. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8 International Visitors

We are based in the United States. If you visit the Site from outside the US, your information will be processed in the United States and in the other countries where Google, Meta, and our service providers operate. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.
